Review Time
Created a label for my shipment, post office never received an actual package. When confronted and asked to ship another one, they just gave store credit and refused to ship another package with my items stating that they "couldn't". Not to mention they wouldn't cancel the order outright either. Completely a scam!
DONT BUY ANYTHING, THIS SITE IS A GRIFTThey have still yet to send me anything and they have no phone numbers or live chat (they do have agents to sell products, just no one available to help you in live time of you’ve already paid them and have any problems with the order) only an email so each correspondence takes 2 days. They say the free standard delivery will be at your door in 1-4 days, it’s day 8 and they still haven’t given a package to a carrier, so who knows if I’ll ever get anything. But definitely would never use the site again or ever recommend to They also just replied down low to apologize for the delay of the carrier, when clearly I know that you created a label without giving them a package, because tracking info was available. Once I asked to cancel my order was when they actually handed a package to the carrier then wrote me to say it was too late as it had just shipped (5 days after I ordered, ‘which is already outside the 1-4 days delivered to your door’ window.) So then I asked about returning the box unopened to which they sent back their zero return policy. So basically, they have a whole system set up to keep your money and offer no live customer service was soon as your money is sent. I just wish these companies and sites would be honest so that their customers know what to expect….they are Just another click bait grift.
