Enjoyable with male partner. However, too much simulation could go for a slower setting. And terrible rhythm option. Preferably intensity one, two and three. Half a speed of the first setting would maximize enjoyment.

I had put in an order and got standard shipping everything seemed to going good until my package was delivered and I actually never received it, I contacted customer service as soon as I could and got help with being able to get a new package a little while later

I had an absolutely horrible experience…

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. The customer service is awful and my order is taking forever to get here, I’m still waiting on it. I was trying to decide between 2 products and I went through the checkout process with the first one to see what the total would be as I had a limit to what I was going to spend. I decided not to get the first product so I exited and did the same thing with the second one. I decided on the second one and ordered it. To my horror, I saw that I had accidentally ordered the first one when I was looking at it as well. The first order was already over my limit, and then I also ordered the second one at that point. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them about the issue but was told that I would not be able to get a refund or anything. Because of this I am currently trying to figure out how to afford necessities this month because of how tight my budget it. And to add salt to the wound neither orders have been delivered and it’s been like a week.

Product NOT RECEIVED, Refund NOT ISSUED

I ordered a product that was free, only shipping costs had to be paid. I ordered on dec. 6th, it is currently dec. 23rd. Item never showed up, the tracking link does not work, and my request for a refund of my $12 spent on shipping has been denied. First, consider a new carrier if this company isn’t a grift. Second, terrible customer service. No one in this economy can afford to just throw away any amount of money. $12 gone in the wind that could’ve gone to something actually productive and useful. Y’all should be embarrassed
