This service is a scam. They have a California address but ship from overseas, resulting in extremely long delivery times. My package became undeliverable, and I was unable to retrieve it because it couldn't be located. Despite my attempts to pick it up, I received an email stating that it was being returned for non-pickup. It's a scam!
I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I ordered a jersey for my son, which was clearly labeled as "Youths," and selected the "kids S/M" size. Instead, I received an adult small, which is a size 46. They refused to resolve the issue. Eventually, a representative mentioned they would send the correct size, but I never received a shipping confirmation and they stopped responding. I felt misled, and now I have to find my son's Christmas gift elsewhere, stuck with the wrong size. Additionally, the contact numbers on their website are not valid—one is for a plumbing service and the other isn't real. This company appears to be completely untrustworthy and unethical. There are numerous complaints lodged with the Better Business Bureau, and I regret not researching them beforehand. Avoid making the same mistake!

So, she lied, and I had to find my son's Christmas present elsewhere, and am stuck with the wrong size. The phone numbers listed on their website aren't even legit. One is for a plumbing service, and the other is not a real number. Completely fake and unethical company, to say the least. There have been tons of complaints about Lipomarts with the Better Business Bureau, and I should have done my homework first. Don't make the same mistake!
I ordered a long-sleeve Adidas jersey in size L, the same size I had previously tried on in-store, so I knew it should fit. The jersey that arrived is completely unwearable and does not match the sizing. When I requested a refund, the seller demanded photos of measurements, which have since been removed from their website. They have refused to provide a return shipping label or issue a refund, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no response. On top of this, both phone numbers listed on their website are invalid (one belongs to an unrelated HVAC company and the other is disconnected). This website is clearly a scam.
Doing business with Lipomarts was the worst all around experience in my 62 years of being on this planet. Wish there were such a thing as NO Stars!Their website largest size is 4XL. I ordered 2 Indiana Fever jerseys 4XL. First problem is their shipping is horribly slow. It’s so slow they should let their customers know, BUT they don’t care. They got your money at this point. It’s the cheapest shipping a business can use. I’ll give you an example. My order was placed on 7/14/25 began the shipping process on 7/15/25. It sat in Inglewood, CA for 12 days 7/27/25!!! Then. I live in Redlands, CA. My order shipped out of Inglewood, CA (an hour and a half away from me) to Queens, NY!! To Metro NY then leaves there on 8/2/25 coming back this way. (via USPS $4.95 flat fee! I’m just saying at least let your customers know in your emails)It was delivered on 8/6/25. Now, the 4X was like a 3X. And they’re knock off jerseys, which is fine, whatever, but they sewed near the hem of the jerseys an NBA Logo and at the back of the neck was the WNBA logo. Who does that!? So I complained (Linda is the person everyone deals with) they’re a very small company. And she makes you go through this tedious process of taking screenshots with measuring tape from armpit to armpit and chest to hem of the jerseys to prove size and logo issues. So she says they have 5X and they’ll fix the logos to just keep the ones that were sent.(REMEMBER, their website only went to 4X) So, I go through the same EXTRA LONG wait for shipping (3weeks!!!)I FINALLY get the jerseys and the first thing I check is the logos and they match. Then I check the size label and it is 5X. I put on the jersey and it is the same fit as the 4X. (They sewed a 5X label on the same size 4X jersey). So she has me do the same tedious measuring tape and screenshots and After MUCH back and forth she NOW brings up you picked UNISEX instead of regular, that’s why. And sent me a pic of their size chart which has up to 5X measurements. Now, if Unisex was the problem why didn’t she say that when I complained about the first set!? And then help me get it right and send me 2 Regular 5X’s? You know why? BOTH of their size charts for Unisex and Regular are exactly the same measurements!!!! And how do you only go up to 4X on your website but up to 5X on your size chart!?!?I lost $139 on two of the worst knock off jerseys and business transaction ever. They’ll never honor their refund policy so that thing is useless on their website. They won’t even offer half back!! She gave some halfhearted sorry about your frustration crap for your trouble 10% off your next order. I couldn’t believe it!! First that’s standard discount on your website. Second, after the experience I just had why on God’s green earth would do another transaction with you!? Then it was 15% and topped off at 20%. If they had an ounce of good business instead of greed and a lack of concern for their customers, they would’ve given a refund. I was set to purchase $700-$900 worth of jerseys. I’m so glad I tested it first!!Lastly, they know no one is gonna involve an attorney individually, but if a case builds showing they don’t honor their refund policy among other things (size charts, no difference between their Unisex and Regular sizes, etc.) Something could be done, but folks won’t stick together like that on something like this. This type of business thrives off of “one off” customers. They do you wrong and then catch the next one coming in and do them wrong and so on.If you read this before doing business with them you have done yourself a HUGE favor!! Stay Away from Lipomarts!What can they do to improve. Fix their size charts. Stop sewing different “size” labels on the same jersey. Provide common sense shipping, most of all, HONOR their return policy. It’s written in such a way that I doubt no one has received a refund.RESPONSE To Linda: CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!: If I could post pics on here I could prove to you what I’m saying is true. Why is there NO 5X choice on the jersey on the website? But you have a size chart with 5X on it! And you will also notice the best proof of this lying company. LOOK at the reviews. All the one star stories are the same. “Jersey was too small for the size stated, took too long to arrive, and NO REFUND. Linda you wrong and now you are lying and I have the pics to prove it! I should’ve got a refund. What a liar!!!! I wished I had looked here before buying.Lipomarts needs to be reported to the FTC.
I just got a notification that my order was delivered today at 5pm but I was home all day and didn’t see anything. I emailed and it said it was delivered to a parcel locker. I check my mail box but still nothingI’ve been contacted them but it’s been the same thing over and over I want my refund I will drag them to hell and back with lawsuits if I don’t get my refund or my orderWhat freakin' rubbish is this.
Do not buy anything off this site it’s a scam. I order two weeks ago and when I called the customer service line they provided, they are not in service, so I emailed them for a tracking number, ups did not have the package. They keep saying the same thing, so I reported it to my bank for a refund. I was trying to up load the emails to them can’t, now it’s just buffing when I try to track the order.
Worst company ever!! My son ordered a Buffalo Bills “Salute to Service” hoodie from here for my Father’s Day gift, He didn’t know better and was just trying to get me a great gift. FIRST thing I noticed was that THE AMERICAN FLAG THEY SEWD ON IS BACKWARDS!?!? PLUS It was WAY too small! I’m 6’4” tall & weigh 250lbs so I need a larger size. According to THEIR size guide a 2XL SHOULD’VE fit but we all know this chart is way off as it’s based in China, Vietnam etc..NOT IN THE U.S!! They REFUSED to exchange it for a larger size and stopped replying to my emails!If I could give negative stars I would!!🤬🤬🤬 Piece of CRAP “knockoff” company!! AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST!!! SCUMBAG SCAMMERS!!
If I could give them a zero I would, but here I go with one star that they don’t deserve. Everyone do not waste your money. They are awful. I got a jersey as a gift for my mom, It did not fit, ok fine, right? NOPE they had us going through hoops and they weren’t satisfied with the pictures of the measurements because it wasn’t the exact “spot” every single time! It almost felt like they were trying to go over the 30 days with the nonsense bull**** that they were asking us for. All I wanted to do is exchange it to a size up, no, I don’t want 20% off or 10% off on my next purchase I want an exchange! Now I’m stuck with a $70 jersey that doesn’t fit and my 30 days are up because of their nonsense. If you want peace of mind and no hassle, skip this place.
Poor quality of jerseys. Brought two jerseys and both are poorly stitched together. One isn’t even as marketed. I’ve brought jerseys from 10+ different places and this is the worst I have ever received. Buy your jerseys from elsewhere. For the amount of time it took to come (4 weeks), one would think the product would be at least average standard. They will offer you 10% off your next purchase for their mistakes and poor quality and timing, but you can already get 10% off their website. Poor communication. Poor quality. Poor business. I am pretty easy to satisfy in life so for me to complain it’s meaningful.
