The sheer variety of products offered is pretty impressive, pricing is great, shipping is very discreet, and I was impressed with the quality for the price! I had a few products arrive not working how they should and when I asked about it, customer support was very quick to offer and send out replacements, which was more than I’d expected! I am still a BIT skeptical of this company since I do feel they filter/inflate their reviews on their own site (as well as BBoutique), and I also feel the constant (like, actually constant) sales and giveaways are a somewhat sketchy marketing gimmick — my guess is full price is deliberately high and 60% off is closer to what they actually feel it’s worth, but they also do a pretty good job with making their sales and coupon codes pretty accessible, so it’s at least more the illusion of a good deal than it is truly shady or deceptive, in my opinion. I’ve heard some bad stories, but I personally have had good experiences with them and Bellesa.
