Unprofessional. Inability to proved basic things. Ran by amateurs, who have no really talent in life, but just buy things and resale them. They won't even put together the equipment for an extra charge?!!!! LOL! What a joke! I guess $6k in one purchase is nothing to these people.
Order was placed on 1/31. Email received on 2/2 that my order was shipped. No activity on that until 10 days later and now the ETA is 18 calendar days from an order that was supposed to be 5-10 days. This is impacting my project schedule.

I can not say enough good things about the service I received from Denise. I called to ask about an order, she called the manufacturer to get me and update then called me back as committed with an answer and resolution. The level of detail and commitment to excellence she had to me- the customer - was refreshing and appreciated. She went the extra mile!
I purchased the Napoleon Prestige 825, it was an open box item that displayed that it only had a dent in the back panel. When i recieved the grill the lines to the power burner were also broken. I called and they said get in touch with Napoleon and i did, they sent the replacement part right away, but i have no idea how to put it on, you have to disassemble many parts. Im very upset that they did not disclose that other things were wrong with the unit. Im left with a broken grill which i paid alot of money for. BBQ guys could atleast of tried to make me feel better by added a discount or giving me a credit.
You let me order, then charged my cc for it, despite not having it in stock and not being able to get it. But since I was concerned because it was a discontinued item, I called and was assured it was in stock. I waited two more days before you acknowledged that you did not have it and could not get it. Truly unethical business practice.
We feel we were treated fairly in ordering the table set. Assembly instructions were very minimal and not very clear on how to assemble the chairs. After some trial and error I did manage to assemble them correctly I suspect. The table to did have a minor "ding" in the top right beside the fire pit burner. Overall we are happy with the quality of the set. It is well made with good solid materials and should last for years if properly cared for.
