BCD travel

One of the benefits of using a travel agency should be the ability to contact them at any time for assistance with various situations that may arise – without having to pay extra for the phone call. This is not the case with BCD.

So bad!

Hopeless booking system! No speed, no flexibility & lots of disruptions. Sadly my workplace use it so I have to deal with it a lot. Imminent risk of severe mental health issues using it.

Possibly the worst travel company I've…

Possibly the worst travel company I've had the dealings with!As company policy we have to deal with Bcd, which can be hit and (mostly) miss. They over charge most of the time. Add fees for everything and quite often cancel trips without notification.If you are a large corporate looking for a travel company, i would strongly recommend swerving around this one!

Evie from BCD travel is extremely rude, cancelled my return leg of my flight as I had to change the outbound one last minute and told me to figure it out how to get home myself. Really rude staff.

WORST COMPANY EVER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! They either need new employees or do some training! Everyone seems lazy doing half work which causes so many conflicts and errors! And this happens ALL THE TIME with them!

Whenever I need extra support next to…

Whenever I need extra support next to the company tool Concur, they are very quickly to respond and give me great advice. I used to work more with them but the Concur system works pretty good. So all in all when I need their advice they are there for me and offer timely service.

Overcharged & never refunded (or even replied)

BCD travel overcharged me for a flight then when I questioned it told me 'the price had changed' & that they couldn't be held responsible. I was able to send screenshots proving this was incorrect, at which point they said 'the customer care team' would look into it (the customer service rep refused to give me contact details & no one ever contacted me or fixed the issue). I tried following up via email & calling several times & was led through a phone maze & ultimately hung up on. Good thing they specialise in corporate travel because people would be irate if they were personally overcharged - would be so much easier to deal directly with the airlines.

You have to recheck everything, dates, location and prices as they make SO many mistakes. Waste of time using this service… The staff on the phone are friendly though.

Apparently my feedback is valuable to you. CLEARLY NOT. The company continues to stuff up. Not knowing if flights are booked until the day prior. Currently have 7 flights required for work only have details of 5. Continue to book hotels in the wrong name. Not putting frequent flyer details on bookings so can’t book in via the app. This is what my husband deals with regularly. As a casual employee I have to work my shifts around his schedule that he gets last minute. Your service is appalling and if other companies ran their business like this they would be out of business.
