Corinne was absolutely amazing in resolving an issue with a pair of leggings that I purchased. On putting them on they had a hole in the seam. Corinne quickly dealt with the issue and had a new pair sent out on next day delivery. She was so kind and helpful
I absolutely love this brand! The quality of the clothes are amazing! I had to return a couple of bits and the customer service was amazing, Adele was so helpful. This is definitely a brand I trust and will buy much more of!

So kind and supportive in sorting the problem and the missing item is now on its way to me, with extra priority shipping. The sportwear/active wear material is amazing and can't wait to see the leggings! If they're as good as the tops, I'll be extatic! Thanks all!
I encountered a problem with the clothing I ordered, as it arrived with marks on it. I reached out to the customer support team, and Corrine was amazing in helping me find a solution. After such a positive experience and quick resolution, I will certainly be purchasing again.
Regrettably, I discovered that my order had an outdated shipping address. I contacted the customer support team to correct this, but despite their promise of a response within 24 hours, it has now been 3 days without any communication. I was eager to support this service, having previously backed another brand and followed a key figure for a long time, so this situation is quite disappointing. * Update: I finally received a refund after reaching out on social media and posting this review. However, they informed me that they cannot resend the discounted item, and I also lost my initial order discount, so I won't be placing any more orders. It's truly unfortunate. The customer experience has been very lacking.
After previously ordering leggings and a coat, I decided to try the 2 in 1 tracksuit this time. Given its price, I anticipated better quality. Initially, it felt great and fit well, but after following the washing instructions, I experienced significant color bleeding, which was quite disappointing for this price range. Additionally, the sleeves of the top shrank. Now, I'm left with an £80 tracksuit that I wore only once and no longer fits.
I was on the fence with REASN - I don’t know why but I never am a follow the trend - it takes me a while to fall in line but I’m so glad I have!

The thermo leggings are just right! They are not too thick they just take the edge off the chill without being too bulky or making you sweat!!
The no camel toe is a winner! Even if you bloat or gain a few extra lbs they will stretch with you and not dig in at the waist band!
I have since bought the latte Borg hoodie! Wow! Is all I can say to that! Went down a size as I don’t like too oversized! Also I asked for the popper Borg jumper for my bday from some friends! Wow! The lining on the inside is so soft and sheep lining almost keeps you warm without having the Borg feel on the inside!
Delivery is super fast aswell! I can’t wait to see what comes next year! Well done team REASN 🫶🏼
The quality of these leggings is outstanding and they fit beautifully. I ordered several sizes as I was unsure which to choose, but unfortunately the return parcel got lost in transit. However, the support team resolved the issue quickly and were incredibly helpful! The customer service is top-notch, which is rare these days. I will definitely be purchasing more items!
