I ordered back in the middle of December and it still hasn't arrived, I have emailed and tried to contact through their chat but no joy.

This company is misleading and makes it nearly impossible to cancel a subscription! I signed up with the understanding that I could cancel anytime. After attempting to cancel due to personal reasons, they still sent a second shipment and charged me nearly $100. When I sought a refund, they claimed I needed to respond to a cancellation confirmation email that I never received. They ignore inquiries and continue charging. Stay away!
As others have mentioned, the customer support from this company is inadequate. I’ve made several purchases without issues initially, but the last two orders incurred hefty customs fees due to incorrect declarations. Despite raising this concern repeatedly, they refuse to take responsibility. I've had to pay the customs fees to receive my orders and am now filing claims to recover my money. Avoid this company!
This was my first purchase. I got the blueberry flavor, and I was disappointed to find they looked different from the advertisement and tasted terrible. I can't tell if they're supposed to taste this way, but they're very unappetizing. Honestly, I might not finish the bag due to the unpleasant taste.
