We dealt with Donna Treanor, Trade Account Specialist at the Marleston SA store. We had been to numerous other stores without a whole lot of success or interest. Donna was absolutely brilliant!! Her knowledge of the products, professionalism, customer service, attitude and warmth were a breath of fresh air. She made us feel "seen" and understood exactly what we were wanting to achieve in our bathroom. Seriously, if there were 100 stars, I would rate her 100!!!

I arranged for tiles to be picked up, coordinating two utes and a friend to assist. Upon arrival, the tiles were unavailable, despite confirming the pickup time two days prior. Now, I can't collect them, and they expect me to pay a delivery fee for their oversight. It just doesn't add up.

I ordered a sample tile in late November, expecting it in early December. This timeline was fine for me to order more tiles and inform the tiler for a January start. However, I received an email stating the sample would be delayed until mid-February, which ultimately led me to choose a different supplier.
