Miss Kimberly in customer service truly went above and beyond to help me with my order. She was marvelously kind and professionally precise. I am so grateful for her help and genuine care with the mix up of my personal customs code. Its an amazing relief to have a human reading your emails and responding back in this dark age of AI empty responses. Im happy to be supporting a company that employs people and more than that Im grateful for Miss Kimberly's skillset and candor with me. She made everything look easy and her presence while helping was invaluable to me. I was helped October 13th to 14th with the time difference here in South Korea.
I ordered the 5 piece bundle and so far I really like all the pieces. The one I was most excited about is the 3 layer necklace but I don’t wear it often because it constantly twists up and tangles on itself. I have to take it off and untangle and straighten out multiple times every time I wear it. Otherwise I have enjoyed my pieces so far.
My most satisfied Jewellery purchase EVER. (They did not pay me to write this.) I am from Singapore and I usually get my jewellery from TaoBao, where the quality of jewellery sold simply can’t compare to Beautiful Earth Boutique’s. I wear them everyday now, consistently for 3 weeks without taking them out when I sleep or shower and they show no signs of tarnish. Tiny scratches can be seen if I closely examine the items but honestly they still look gorgeous and I even have people stopping me to ask about where I get my jewellery from.
Easy to order and shipping was fast in my opinion. My order came in a pretty box. I ordered 5 pieces bundle; earrings, bracelet and necklaces. They are all very pretty, but also very delicate and I don't know how long they will last or will they get broken easily.. so that is why I don't give all five stars.
This vendor doesn't seem trustworthy. Items cannot be returned with ease. Instead of a straight forward "here is your RMA, here is the return address," they try to get you to keep the poorly crafted pieces by noting you'll get a 30% refund." When you choose a full refund, you receive an RMA but no further instructions as to where to ship the products being returned. Waste of time and energy to engage with this vendor.
