I loved the website( just sometimes a bit confusing)Materials,product care and all the useful info are perfectly explained .The jewlery itself its very beautiful and with a particular detail on each and every one of them. At first my attention was catched by a necklace for a present and I ended up buying for me too😊 I'll reccomend it!
First of all the jewelry is beautiful and unique. I have not had the pieces long enough to determine their wearability, but there is a 1 year warranty as well. Customer service is great. I had a ring that turned out to be too small. I was going to return it, but they simply replaced it for a larger size! Almost unprecedented! I ended up ordering more pieces as gifts. I love that they offer sales like buy 2 get one free, or selections at $10 each!
I ordered the 5 items for £50 bundle for a vacation and I am really impressed. Items are excellent quality and so pretty, also arrived quickly. I will definitely order again as all the pieces have held up to the rigours of sea and pool swimming, sun screens and perfume.
I recently purchased a 5-piece jewelry deal for $69.95 from Beautiful Earth. The day my order was delivered, I received a promotional email offering any piece for just $10. I reached out to customer support to see if they could honour the new promotion, and provide me partial refund based on new pricing. Unfortunately, they refused.Disappointed in the lack of flexibility and customer care. I expected better from a brand trying to build loyalty.
Bought the "Any 5 Pieces - Summer Deal" jewelery from them. The ring I purchased was worn out within 2 months (broken and also coloures faded) although officially promoted as "sweat proof, no tarnish". Now also colour of the earrings fade. Will not buy from them again.
I would absolutely recommend Beautiful Earth. They have a beautiful and good quality jewellery collection. The prices are pretty good too and they often have amazind deals available. And finally, the customer service and shipping experience has been the best I've experienced so far.
