5 Piece Bundle Deal

I purchased the 5 piece bundle deal for $69.95.I chose the February birthstone 18K gold ring, the Ellie gold bow ring, the golden rose pendant necklace, the layered crystal gold hoop earrings, and the Cordelia gold tennis bracelet. Overall I’m very satisfied, it took exactly one week to deliver and the quality seems great. I’ve been wearing all pieces nonstop (including the shower) for almost a month and have seen no fading, staining on my skin, or signs of breakage. I would rate my order 5 stars however my only issue is with the Cordelia tennis bracelet; it unfortunately gets caught on pretty much everything and has pulled the material on my clothes. I do have a small wrist however I can wear it on the smallest clasp and can still fit two fingers through it, so this does make the clasp dangle quite far. Overall I’m satisfied and will most likely be ordering some more rings in the future!

Positive replacement experience

I purchased an Advent calendar jewelry box last year in 2024, and I really enjoyed my pieces. Two of my favorite pieces had broken, and I was upset; I checked the website, and they offer a free one-year warranty on all products. I got into contact with a customer service representative, her name was Kathy, and she was incredible!! She made the whole process very smooth, and she also fixed all the snags I had with my replacement order (finding my order #, changing the delivery address, covering fees I was unaware of) in a very timely manner with excellent professionalism. I think the company should be aware of this, as I always like to acknowledge when corporations and their employees treat their customers with kindness and respect. I would purchase from them again!
