MAGIC JOHN 2 Pack for Samsung Galaxy S23+ Tempered Glass Screen Protector, while I'm waiting for my new phone, the Samsung Galaxy S23+ (Amazon Renewed), which is similar to what my dad got. On 2/2/26, when the phone was on the table, I unboxed my new phone after installing 10 updates of Android software, from version 13 to 16, and One UI, from version 7.0 to 8.0. So I use my old phone to transfer data to my new phone. When it's done, place the tempered glass screen protector on top of the phone screen, and I mess it up a little bit, and it's working. I tested it with the fingerprints (working) and the front camera (working). Durability (Not Good When using a brick scratch on the screen protector got a little cracked, and people were upset when they saw it on Amazon). I got scammed $20 for regretting buying it for my mother's money (I did ask permission and my birthday was three months ago).
I have given a 5 star for the reason that they replaced a screen protector after it broke in the 1st couple of weeks from a fall.
The process was good but I am not sold on screens as they do not stand up like the advertising.
It is a shame that this is the case as if they got it right and they actually didn’t crack, break or scratch as advertised the product would be great.
I was the one who purchased them for both our phones and feel let down as your phone is fair investment and it would be great to protect with a great protection

I purchased two cables and received confirmation of payment, yet they are now saying there is a "synchronization" issue that stops them from shipping or issuing a refund. They expect me to wait indefinitely for whatever excuse they provide next. I suspect this may be another scam and plan to report it to the appropriate authorities.
