Really cheap quality stuff that tarnishes and breaks even when it says ‘tarnish resistant’ etc. I’ve had multiple diamonds fall out of rings and earrings, every single ring I got tarnish, bracelets snap (from different spots), and more. Won’t honour the return policy and won’t respond to my WhatsApp messages about it.
I placed an order with Beautiful Earth one week ago. They have still not shipped to me. When I enquired what their shipping timelines are, they did not answer the question. I am extremely concerned the pieces will not arrive before I leave the country for my wedding (I ordered the pieces as gifts for my bridesmaids). Very unhappy with this company, I will not buy from them again.
Bought the Advent Calendar for 2025 and two of the pieces already broke the first time I wore them. I have not yet tested the rest. This was not expected as I have bought previously a ring and necklace and they are still on really good condition. Not really happy with the new pieces. Edit: Changing my review since the Customer Service representative (Kimberly) helped resolve the issue and replace my pieces really fast.
High quality jewellery I wanted to purchase forever! I gave it a shot and it did not disappoint me, the shopping experience, delivery, package everything was amazing. It’s been 3 weeks since I wore my bracelets and I don’t see any tarnishing ( I shower everyday while wearing them). Definitely coming back!
I really appreciated the wide variety of items available for sale. The pricing was very reasonable, which made it easy to try one piece from each category to test the quality. Most of the items I received are holding up well so far, which is encouraging.However, I was disappointed with the ring I ordered—it felt thin and looked cheap compared to the other pieces. Everything else seems to be of good quality, and I plan to write a follow-up review in about two months to share how the items hold up over time.
I have ordered so many pieces, so many times & I honestly can't complain about any of them.The quality is wonderful & the styling is exquisite.I once mistakenly ordered the incorrect size of a bracelet & it was replaced immediately, without question.Always friendly & efficient service !!
