Review Time
In November 2025, I ordered something from Beauty Globe and the order still hasn't arrived. They don't respond to any communication. I would never recommend them to anyone. The order has been paid for, of course.
Ordered one item and it was confirmed on the 5th of feb (date of order), since then, no updates on if the package has been sent or not.
I have emailed them twice asking for an update. no response. I am disappointed. wondering if anyone has a way to go about this.
it has now been 13 days since I have placed my order and still no updates.
I would stay well clear of this company, placed on order on 15th December and still no updates or received goods! I have emailed numerous times had 1 response to inform me the items out of stock but shipment on its way so will be delivered in couple of days! Nothing as of yet and that was over a month ago and now not responding to my emails! Terrible company AVOID!!
I ordered a product and was informed it had been delivered, but it definitely was not. I stayed by the front door all morning, and there was no doorbell ring. I contacted the support team twice and received no response. I'm starting to wonder if this is a scam.
I placed an order and made a payment for a product a month ago. There has been no tracking information provided and I haven't received the product. I spent $105 on the item and the shipping, yet I've received nothing. Additionally, my emails have gone unanswered.
Steer clear of this service if you expect quick delivery or to get what you ordered! They disregard all your emails until you post reviews here, after which they finally reply, claiming your emails ended up in their spam folder! When I finally got a response after leaving a review, they asked me to rethink my rating even though I still haven't received my order. It's been a frustrating experience dealing with this company.
Avoid this company if you want fast delivery or to receive what you ordered all all!!! They ignore all your emails until you leave reviews here then they eventually respond saying your emails have been going to their spam! When I finally received a response after leaving a review here they asked me to reconsider my star rating even though I’m yet to receive my order. Such a nightmare of a company to deal with
