This product is fake,After your response, it is clear to me that you don't care about the experience of your customers. I did try to have contact with the company, but there is no easy way to contact you; the link you have for contacting is not available. My product was spilled, and I keep saying it's fake (I tested it before buying it). For everyone who sees this, be careful and try other discounters, better customer service, and authenticity. Is the first time I've done a review like this of a company, but it's necessary; maybe this helps other people not buy fake.
The perfume I purchased came sealed in the factory box. The sprayer didn’t work good and at first, I thought nothing of it since it seems to have been a factory sealed and set it aside for the summer. In pulling it out of my collection to use for the fall, I realized there wasn’t a problem with the sprayer ….The bottle was empty. I reached out to the company, but there’s a 30 day policy. They are not willing to rectify the issue. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!
Most buyers do not read return policies, mainly because most online sellers have their return policy separate from products being sold. BeautyLiv do sell authentic name brand product, and they do ship to you for free. But, if you have to return something to them they will send you a return label and deduct a $25 fee from your refund amount for shipping and return label costs. Therefore, the original free shipping is NOT free if you need to return product. I would suggest, make sure what you are buying from this online retailer is something you know you will not need to return! I learned my lesson the hard way. I would prefer this retailer make their return policy more transparent at checkout. I'm rating the retailer 3 stars because of their return policy fees.
