I've been using this service for about a year, and the products are excellent. My entire skincare routine now consists of their offerings. It has really simplified my choices since everything is high quality. My only concern is that prices have risen significantly over the past year (for example, serums are £5 more). I would prefer lower prices if they could reduce the unnecessary packaging, as it creates a lot of waste. I dislike receiving my order and seeing so much rubbish.
The products are of outstanding quality. When I discover ones that suit my needs, they fit perfectly, which is uncommon! It's reached a point where individuals purchase their first products because they can witness the results firsthand.
Outstanding quality and value for members. These products are durable and have a long lifespan. Delivery is prompt. A small concern is that some smaller items come in excessively large boxes, which feels wasteful. However, the packaging is eco-friendly and fully recyclable.
I have been a member for several years and trust and rely on the products. However, several products I used regularly have disappeared and it's been very upsetting. BP provides a great business model, great products, and a great price point. I wish that products didn't disappear so frequently.
Incredible products. Started with a few, moved to MANY, and haven’t found anything that is NOT INDISPENSABLE. Love the under eye brightener, the wonderlip, and all things youthbomb. Highly recommend. So glad I found this line for such reasonable prices - but most importantly, their products deliver.
I love Beauty Pie and have been a member for years. The products are all great as is their customer service. I have recommended them to many friends I took off a star because they keep expanding and adding products which is a blessing and a curse. More variety does not mean better; sometimes it is just more confusing because products sound similar, but arent. Some seem similar but have a big price difference. None the less, I typically shop there every couple of months and love what I buy 85-90% of the time
