I have ordered Good Protein several times and really enjoyed the product. I mistakenly hit a wrong button on my last order and signed up for a subscription. That was not my intention as I am a one person household and only order when needed. I contacted the company and they were great in dealing with my issue, not locking me in to a subscription that I did not want or need. Their customer service was prompt, courteous, and reliable. I was so impressed...a great product with great customer service. I highly recommend them. Good job, Good Protein!
I didn't enjoy the taste as much as I thought, as I don't like the sweetener taste in the product. However the customer service was outstanding. Charlie helped me a lot with my order, and I really appreciate when businesses have great customer service. Way to go!
I’ve tried the French Vanilla, Chocolate, Banana and vanilla cupcake and they all taste so yummy! I love what they are supporting, it’s good for the gut health, high protein, good in calorie and the flavour is so yummy it’s also low in sugar as well I think 1g per serving or none at all I’ll have to check the label again but I remember I was shocked! I’ll definitely be purchasing more in future. Lastly, the customer service is amazing thank you all so much! 💕

The flavor was quite off. I was hopeful due to the many positive reviews. I tried the cookies and cream flavor but had difficulty drinking it. While it had a nice aroma, the taste reminded me of stevia mixed with dirt. On the plus side, it did make me feel quite full.
I enjoyed the chai latte all-in-one mix with warm coconut milk. It blended easily without any clumps and tasted much better than I expected. Unlike typical protein shakes that can be chalky, this one was smooth. The customer support team responded quickly and addressed my questions with friendliness. I felt valued, not just like another customer, which was nice. I've already started recommending it to family and friends.
