Well-organized platform with clear guidance for measurement completion. The delivered seat/table covers fit perfectly and look fantastic. There were a couple of issues caused by the spam filter, but these were handled efficiently.

Frustrating Experience

Where do I begin?
I received just a cover when I had ordered both a cover and an insert.
After that, I received the same automated response four times consecutively.
It only gets more frustrating, but I don't have the time to elaborate, and I assume you don't either.

Unsatisfactory customer service

How can you ask for a review when my package hasn’t even arrived? The initial delivery date was December 1, then changed to December 4. When it didn't arrive on the 4th without any updates from the courier, I followed up, and you just reiterated it was due on that date with no further information. It’s now supposed to arrive on December 8 - I’ll believe it when I see it.

You want my feedback but I didn't have the product...

You want my feedback when I didn’t have the product yet and reached out for an update with no response. All sorted now - the issue was with the delivery service, not the supplier. I now have the products, and they are excellent… changing my rating from 1 to 4.

Still waiting for my order

I have yet to receive my order and have requested an update from the company. I haven’t received any response regarding the arrival time. The website is somewhat misleading, suggesting products are made locally, which they clearly are not. I would have opted for a local company had I read more carefully.

Where to begin? I received a cover instead of the cover and insert I ordered. Then, I only got automated responses four times in a row. It only gets worse, but I don't have the time, and you probably don't either.

The cover was excellent

The cover was excellent, fits perfectly, and looks great. One minor issue: I didn’t order pockets at each end of the table cover, but they are included. That’s fine, except both pockets were stitched on upside down. We don’t really need them, but it would have been nice if they were positioned correctly. Nevertheless, the cover is great. Thanks, team, just a small check next time would be appreciated. Oh dear! I apologize for the confusion regarding the pockets... they are actually ventilation pockets to prevent moisture buildup. My mistake! This would have been a five-star review otherwise. Great product and service, and what a clever idea with the airflow pockets.

Perfect fit and quality

Excellent communication throughout, even confirming dimensions multiple times. I was pleasantly surprised by the care taken for a relatively low-value order. An earlier review mentioned a 'sloppy' fit due to the standard extra 2.5cm added, but you can request specific dimensions. I ordered covers for an amplifier and a streamer with little side clearance, requesting no excess and no back panel for easy sliding on with cables attached. Both covers were made to my specifications, fit well, and look fantastic. Very satisfied.
