I really enjoy their products, but the customer service is terrible. I've made two orders for delivery to the UK, and neither was fulfilled. I had to ask family members to collect the orders locally. Regardless of the actual problems, the company must improve its customer service. They should either reconsider their couriers, enhance their international shipping processes, or halt overseas shipments. Quite disheartening.
I ordered a silk pillowcase three weeks ago. The company claims it was shipped, but I have yet to receive it. No tracking number was given, leaving me unable to check the parcel's status. Additionally, I haven't received a clear update on its whereabouts. For a brand that markets itself as premium and operates within the EU, I expect better transparency, quicker communication, and reliable delivery. If this isn't resolved soon — especially since I am also in the EU — I will request a full refund.
I placed an order for over €300 worth of products a month ago and inquired about its status. The customer service simply marked my order as "done" without shipping it or providing a tracking number. I cannot recommend this service.
