I have not received my order. It appears your system sent it to a random address that I did not provide. Customer support has been lacking; I was advised to email but have yet to get a response. I'm quite disappointed, especially since I've used this service for years.
There was a misunderstanding with the delivery company that caused a small delay. The guys at Beer Merchants, dealt with it quickly and efficiently and they actually sent me a free case of beers out of curtesy! Amazing beers and amazing costumer service!
Although the purchase & selection is good; when it comes to try to contact them to report s problem isn’t. Package came open and neither them or their delivery courier company wanted to know about it. Tried to reported into both, still waiting for them to do something about it or at least acknowledge it..so wondering if I am going to buy items from them again.
