My order was not received on the date as promised to make it worse you call them and their customer service is bad bad do not even sound like they want to help you as if they did not create the delay/problem. to top it off I eventually got to speak to a manager she sorted things fast to get the school bag delivered to me and the driver did not deliver at the address as promised by the manager I had to call to find out it was delivered at the school, a few days later I got the invoice to find out I paid more which could probably mean that they gave me a different bag than the one I paid for.

Order Issues and Poor Service

My order was not delivered as expected. Instead, I received several items that I did not order, and one of the items I actually wanted—a wall year planner—was different from what I had selected. I reached out multiple times via email and even spoke to a representative on the website, who promised to arrange delivery of the correct order and pick up the incorrect items. However, I am still waiting. Additionally, the items took over 11 days to arrive. I am very dissatisfied with the service and the slow response.

My delivery from a local store was accurate and efficient, with all items arriving in good condition, except for one that was out of stock. The agent again stepped in, providing me with the store's contact information and coordinating with the head office regarding my missing item.

I placed an order, and after 6 working days, I've been informed that I won't receive my order for another 12 days. My child has started school and is missing essential supplies.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service.

I would give zero stars if it were possible. I placed an order for my children, and the pickup was scheduled for last week. They still haven't prepared my order, and school starts tomorrow. The chat support is equally disappointing, as the representative failed to respond to my inquiries despite several messages. Today, I will visit the store to retrieve my items by any means necessary.
