the only reason there is one star is so I can write the review. should be ZERO STARS. the product was delivered looking TOTALLY different than the ad and the customer service was unresponsive when I emailed to send it back. TOTAL RIPOFF. DO NOT BUY. PRODUCT LOOKED WORSE THAN A DOG FOOD BOWL
I decided to buy from this site after verifying that the items would be shipped from within the US. However, the service sent my items from Spain, which have taken weeks to clear customs and are still not in the US. This company is highly dishonest; I would recommend not making a purchase.
I placed my order on September 20, 2025, and have been in constant communication with this company for several months now, despite paying for shipping insurance. They keep directing me to check with the carrier! Recently, USPS confirmed that they lost the package, yet the company refuses to refund my money (over $167), and although I paid an additional $8.00 for shipping insurance, they only insured the package for $100! Their website claims that products are "made & shipped from South Carolina," but my shipment actually came from Greece! This misrepresentation is misleading and potentially illegal according to regulations on Made in the USA claims. It's crucial for platforms like Facebook to thoroughly vet the companies that advertise on their site. I’ve lost all that money, and they continue to insist I check with the carrier, even after providing them with USPS's letter regarding the lost package. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I ordered garland hangers for my mantel. My receipt said $68 but the charge was over $90. I filed a complaint with PayPal but it was denied for “other fees”. I had requested that the order be cancelled if it was that much but it wasn’t cancelled. Received the product with a piece missing rendering it useless. They have not responded to my emails.
I purchased a charcuterie puzzle tray that is so small it would not be enough for a toddler. Customer service responded stating I received the correct item. I replied to them that the picture used to advertise is false advertising and hopefully the company will have to close its doors and they have not received any reviews above a 1.......
I ordered a garden tool mid March and paid via Apple Pay. The amount taken from my account was more than the amount listed on my receipt. I immediately requested that the order be canceled and that I be refunded. They said it had already shipped (which absolutely cannot be true -it was less than 3 minutes). I've been given multiple tracking logs, and they're all different, so I believe they're fraudulent. For a while they said it was due to tariffs, but then said the tool was delivered. I requested a USPS tracking number, but now they say they'll reach out to the shipper to find out where it is. They sidestep my request for a refund each time.
It took me chasing up my bag when it was going through the post taking over 2 months to arrive. When it did, the main zipper was broken before I could get it out of the packaging. The first time I used the shoulder strap it snapped the second I had to readjust it. Not worth the $140 and definitely looking for a better option elsewhere. The bells and whistles aren’t worth it.
Horrible! I wish I had looked at these reviews on Trustpilot first. Just like other reviews, the item (that the website said was shipping from the US) was "in transit" for two months. When I complained to customer service, they gave me a new tracking number and "rushed" the item. I got it, but it wasn't what I ordered. I paid $92 for my purchase and they offered to refund me $7. What a joke.
