When asked for a full refund they said that returning shipping to China (not any of the addresses on the website) will be 50-70AUD and they could give a 15% refund. Awful quality

After placing the order took ages for them to acknowledge and comence the delivery. Only after I first made contact. I wrote I wanted to cancel and requested a refund. They ignored the request. Product finally arrived and not what I ordered. Emailed them for a return address and a refund. Ignoring me again. I've reported them to ACCC. Gues I'll have to come to terms with being out of pocket with a product I can't use.
Note too that they refuse to do returns or refunds. So if what is delivered doesn't work for you you're stuck with them.

Terrible quality for the price.

The quality is extremely poor for a dress priced at $79.95. The print does not resemble the photo at all, and the included belt was cheap, wrinkled, and stained. The fabric feels low-quality and lacks any tags to identify its material. This is not an Australian product. I strongly advise against spending your money here.

Poor quality sandals

The sandals I received did not resemble the photos or description on the site. The materials were subpar, and they arrived misshapen without a box. I am still trying to resolve this via email, as I won't be using these! Good news – if you paid via PayPal, report them for a full refund! Negotiating is pointless, and they need to improve product quality and service.
