Extremely dissatisfied and upset.

Extremely dissatisfied and upset. I made a one-time purchase for a small item, and after a few months, I found out that I had been enrolled in a monthly membership fee of 189 kr without my explicit knowledge or consent. The membership details were not clearly communicated during the checkout process. The support team denied my request for a refund.

I read reviews after buying softlan and I was angry that i didn’t read it before etc. but my package came very good packed excellent quality and i really hope that i will buy again because is worth it.Also customer support answered my questions next day even though some people saying no support answer. Thank you Bazta I will be regular customer

I placed an order thinking I was buying…

I placed an order thinking I was buying a product at a discounted price. Only later did I discover that a paid membership was activated automatically. The information about the subscription was not clearly presented at checkout and there was no separate, explicit choice to opt out.When I contacted customer service, they refused a refund and simply stated that I had “accepted” the membership. This feels misleading and poorly designed, and it completely broke my trust.I would not have placed the order if it had been clear that it involved a recurring monthly fee. As a result, I will not be ordering from this company again.

This has to be one of the worst company…

This has to be one of the worst company to order fragrance from, not only do they sign you up to a membership and take money out of your account as soon as you purchase, the package came dirty and the corner of the box was destroyed. I paid for delivery shipping and it wasn’t even delivered to my home address.

Subscription trap

Total subscription trap. I never intentionally signed up for a membership. They refuse to refund even when you invoke the 14-day cooling-off period. Absolutely predatory business model. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I didnt receive my package, I wont leave it like that

I ve made a order on 25.12.2025 and to this day I still didnt receive my package, I sent them 3 mail messages already, no response, I dont know how can you treat your clients like that. If nothing will change in 2 days Im about to take some serious steps I may even call a lawyer because I wont let anybody treat me like that.
