Order Delayed and Poor Communication

I purchased a coffee just before the new year, and now it's January 15, yet the coffee hasn't been delivered. I reached out to customer service on January 8, but I haven't received any response since then. After waiting another week, I contacted them again, only to be told that my email was lost somewhere and that my order hasn't been dispatched. If you're having trouble fulfilling orders, it's important to communicate with your customers. I won't be purchasing from them again—it's a waste of time.

Terrible customer service experience

Simply unacceptable

Simply unacceptable. They claimed my item was dispatched and provided a false tracking number. I placed my order on November 16 and received it on November 29. On a positive note, I did get prompt responses from customer service, though not always accurate. Save yourself the stress and AVOID.

Coffee arrived, but trust is gone

I revised my initial comment, as I thought this was a scam due to odd communication with the business. Fortunately, our coffee did arrive, albeit later than expected. However, I noticed online that this business may be closing down, which is quite confusing. I personally won't trust them again.

Extremely poor website experience

Extremely poor website experience. Avoid using this service, as your items will likely never arrive, and refunds are unlikely. If they do arrive, expect to wait over four weeks. They do not respond to emails and show no concern once they have your money! I'm currently initiating a chargeback on my credit card.
