Contacted the Belfield about cancelling order the moment I realised I hadn't ordered what i really wanted. The order was sent before 8:00am in the morning before anyone arrived to read emails from the previous day ... I'm not sure if that is best practice in work flow. I certainly will think twice about ordering online from them again into the future
