I was told from a family member that Bellevue rare coins was a really good place to sell your jewelry. I went to the Lynnwood location and drove all the way out there just to find out that my jewelry estimate was completely off. They low balled me. The person who appraised my jewelry, I feel that he didn't do his job right. There is a better store by the Commons mall that I can get way more then Lynnwood believe coins. Very disappointed and I will never go to any Bellevue rare coins again.

I reached out to Bellevue Rare Coins because they claimed to buy and offer appraisals on vintage comic books. I explained that I had not just one, but a collection of books. I was then asked to make an appointment to visit Bellevue Rare Coins when a qualified appraiser would be available. When I arrived at the Bellevue location as was agreed, I was greeted congenially by a staffer who started to look at my books. He was unable to establish interest in my collection by reading a detailed inventory I provided. After inspecting a just a few books I was asked if would leave my collection with them for review. I balked at this request and was told their comic "expert" was at the Issaquah store and I could make an appointment to meet with him. I already made an appointment and was disappointed. The old adage of "Underpromise and overdeliver" Seems not to be a policy of this business.To be clear, I was treated in a friendly, courteous manner. The business simply failed to provide a service as promised.
