Review Time
A few weeks ago I ordered a bracelet for my grandson’s graduation but when it arrived there was a scratch on the front. I contacted the company, got a prompt reply from Jay and this morning I received a new bracelet in perfect condition with lovely inscription beautifully engraved on it.Thanks for your help Jay! This is how to deal with a complaint so others please note.I thoroughly recommend this company and will be happy to use it again.
Brought two Mothers Day gifts for my children to give to their mum, purchased on the 23rd of March and still waiting!!!Contacted them on numerous of occasions chasing the delivery, and chasing a reply to my emails. Been contacted by Sarah, who assured me it would be delivered for Mothers Day, it wasn’t!! No reply to further emails until I mentioned I would be contacting my bank, replacement sent but when I emailed asking who it has been sent with and what the tracking number is nothing!!Please DO NOT buy from this company, if I could give zero stars I would!!!
Placed my order over a week ago on behalf of my 10 week old son, a gift for his 1st mothers day. Everday been emailing since when can I expect the items to be delivered. Someone called Sarah answered my other questions BUT ignored the question when my delivery is on all 5 emails! I'll be raising a chargeback through my bank! What a scandal! Fraud. I should of read the reviews and NO CONTACT NUMBER TO CALL!!! ABSOLUTE INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE!!!!!
Intitially impressed by the quick response and turnaround when there was a spelling and text error in the item l bought.Jay got back to me within an hour when l had a query and a replacement was sent out quickly.And that's where it all went wrong.The replacement was identical to the original. Spelling mistake and text mistakes!On contacting Jay and customer services again I've now heard nothing for two days. Despite numerous emails.There's no contact phone number (which is a HUGE red flag). If I'd noticed that before l wouldn't have used Bellissima.All in all, not a good experience, and will have to get my bank to initiate a charge back.
I ordered the men's bracelet for my brothers 50th birthday with engraving on the inside, the bracelet arrived badly scratched on the front so i contacted them, in fairness they replied really quickly apologising and sent 2nd bracelet out which again arrived scratched really bad on the front, i contacted them again and again they apologised and sent out a 3rd bracelet, which NOT surprisingly arrived SCRATCHED!!!!!!! I've actually given up as they are NEVER going to get it right my brother will be 60 before they do. I have requested a refund so let see what happens!!!!
