Review Time
Really disappointing, ordered a personalised bracelet as my partners Xmas gift from here saying ‘we love you daddy, from (3 kids names)’ Bracelet turned up quite quickly but only had one kids name on, I checked the order and I confirmed I had put the 3 names on, wrote to them to advise it’s arrived with only one, they apologised and sent a new one out so quickly, however a second one arrived again with only the one name on it again,I then wrote again to advise and they cancelled my order without my say so and refunded it, which would take up to 10 days to refund. I advised I didn’t want a refund as didn’t have the money to buy something new in time for Xmas and the money wouldn’t clear in time, I was then ignored until I wrote another email asking for the complains and review procedures and they told me that a new and correct replacement was already in transit, just a few days before Xmas,It’s clear this was a lie and they told me this just so I wouldn’t leave a review so close to Christmas as I still haven’t received the correct item from them. Would not recommend and will not be using this company again.
