I contacted the representative through messaging to explain the issue with my device. He provided his address for shipping. I sent it tracked, and he received it on Friday. By Tuesday evening, he called to inform me it was fixed and working. I paid my bill, and I had it back by Wednesday morning. Incredible turnaround and I’m thrilled with the outcome. I wish I had discovered this service earlier - much more affordable than the manufacturer, very speedy service, and my ear pod battery is back to normal, all for about £50 plus postage, cheaper than a fix from the brand or buying new. Highly recommended!
