Apartmant is big, well equipped and nicely decorated. Sauna is perfect even for big groups. The location is also very good. Bus station 200 meter away, SPAR on the other side of the road. Ski rental also next to the building. Rooms are big enough and comfortable.

I booked on of their houses on booking. They say that there are some optional costs for services such as cleaning fees and other services. Once you book those costs become mandatory and you are required to pay them in order to access the house. ABSOLUTELY UNTRUSTWORTHY. Stay distant from them.EDIT: the reply of the company is false. they specify that all costs are optional, and booking.com confirms that no further money should be send through other means, expect their website. When booking.com called them to clarify, they instead said that the rest of the payment was optional, and no we shouldn't pay.
We had a wonderful time. The lodge offered both comfort and a great atmosphere for slowing down and relaxing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back and will also recommend the lodges to others. However, it would have been nice if the kitchen had been equipped with a few basics, such as salt, pepper, a few spices or even vinegar and oil. Nevertheless, it is always worth a stay. We loved it!
I had never heard of this Belvilla outfit until recently when I booked and paid for a non-refundable hotel several months in advance.The week before I received a message that Belvilla/OYO had cancelled my booking due to "unforeseen circumstances", however, when checking their website they were still advertising rooms, but at 5x the original price. There was a rugby game on that weekend, so no doubt they were upselling the rooms.Absolutely no help from their customer service, just really bad service and no care. Additionally I have discovered that some of my future holiday reservations for next year that I made through Booking.com are with Belvilla as the agent, and now I'm getting scam like messages on WhatApps asking me to click links and make advanced payments....All future reservations are now cancelled and I will be careful to never book anything that involves Belvilla/OYO again.
