I would like to know if I will be paid after completing missions before I begin. There are several missions available in my area that could earn me $465, and I want to ensure this effort is worthwhile. Can someone clarify the payment process?
I have been waiting for over a month for payment without any success. Despite multiple attempts to contact support through email and their online platform, I have received no response. I do not recommend this service due to slow payments and poor communication.
Edit: I requested a payout for completed tasks over two weeks ago and still haven't received my money (their advertised processing time is 5 working days)! All my emails to customer services have not been responded to. Complete silence from BeMyEye. I have a bad feeling about this. Now I know why there are so many tasks available in my area - everybody stopped using the app. Massive breach of trust.I first started using the app in 2018 and was quite active, but quickly noticed that the more tasks I completed, the more got rejected. I was an experienced mystery shopper at that point, so it was highly doubtful that I wasn't producing quality data. Eventually after wasting hours of my time I stopped using the app.I'm giving it another go this year, and still have mixed feelings. I remembered that the in-app camera wasn't always great, but shockingly after all this time it's still terrible! Add to that the significant delays in payment (see other reviews), I'd advise all potential users to be cautious and not invest their time in any of the cumbersome time-consuming tasks.
I have been waiting 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my requested payment, I have received a payment in the past so I know my details are correct but I submitted a payment 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to be sent to me!!! I suggest you should do something else to earn money cause this is a waste of time.
Refusing to Process My Payout – No Escalation, No AccountabilityI completed tasks on the BeMyEye app and requested a $30 PayPal payout on Sunday. It’s now been almost a week, and I’ve been given vague excuses like “unusual delays.”I’ve been emailing back and forth with the same support rep who refuses to escalate my case or provide a clear processing timeline. I’ve asked multiple times for a supervisor — ignored.This is unacceptable. I completed legitimate work and just want to be paid. If BeMyEye can’t even process a small payout in a week, how can anyone trust this platform?I’ll gladly update or remove this review if the issue is resolved, but right now, I cannot recommend BeMyEye to anyone.
