I guess this is the only way to get a response from the company I have been waiting months for a payout of £53+ and have even messaged the CEO and got no response worst company I’ve come across not paying people for the work they’ve done and always responses from a automated email the only response I received was I had a error on my account well sort it and send me the money owed

I submitted my second payout request on December 29th. Although the funds have left my account, my PayPal shows no deposit. After reaching out to support twice, they informed me that my request is under review. It's been 24 hours since my request, and I should not have to follow up just to receive my payment. The communication has been lacking, and as of December 30th, I am still waiting.

Collective action for payment recovery

I have sent a letter outlining the need for payment for completed missions, urging others to do the same. Despite fulfilling my obligations, I have yet to receive the payment owed. Technical difficulties cited by the company do not exempt them from their contractual responsibilities. I am formally requesting the outstanding balance within 7 days, or I will pursue legal action. Additionally, I have contacted other companies that have also faced issues with payment, raising concerns about where the funds are.

Not worth even one star

This service is not even worth one star. I have been waiting for payment for three weeks, and during this time, I've heard of a payment glitch. The same generic response comes every time I reach out. If there is a glitch, they should explore alternative payment methods. I am considering taking legal action.

Payment process is slow and problematic

Three months ago, I would have rated this service higher, but now it deserves a zero if possible. I attempted to cash out after three weeks, but an error occurred on their end related to PayPal. Other companies have successfully paid me, and yet I keep receiving the same generic replies from support. They should recognize that other competitors manage to process payments without issues.
