Ashley Stewart customer service is terrible. There are not helpful. They hung up the phone on me when i was lecturing them on how unprofessional they are. It is not worth paying extra for your package to be delivered on time. They said that the delivery company Veho does not deliver package on the weekend. I ask to speak to speak to supervisor and they say there is no supervisor. I order stuff from them before but now I see why they're reviews are negative. It wasn't like that before. It's ridiculous.
I was disappointed on how they won’t honor a price seen on there sight! They never informed we have to check out as a quest to use the Ashley credit card and I missed a great sale. The representative did not and would not let me speak to a supervisor. She said no one was in then they were all in a meetings. Took my number and no one called me back! They charge and won’t remove return fees. I know I choose to shop with them but I am a full figure woman and I like nice items.
Order two shirts one is too small one is too big want to send them back was told one is not returnable in the store if I buy something online I should be able to return them in the store and if not it needs to let me know that when I click on the item can't be returned such such and you have to pay $10 to send it back ridiculous again if I'm going to buy anything from you guys I will make sure I go in the store but the way I feel today I doubt if I buy anything from you guys again the policy is ridiculous.
Order fulfillment is beyond the (2) day period in which Ashley Stewart rep stated. I feel that if the order is not fulfilled then a refund of the order should be granted upon request by consumer instead of waiting on God knows how long to receive the order and then just to return it. Thats so wrong. A class action suit should be filed against Ashley Stewart for such practices.
I ordered a suit and thy sent me 2 of the same kind. Well to make a long story short. I didn't like it so I senAug. back thy recieved it on th 4th of aug.Now everyday I called and was told today it will be credited back to Affirm but it never was. So I called today with Affirm on the phone so thy recorded it so now I filed a complaint with A.S. I hadn't a clue their returns were so hard.
I would give no stars if I could. I ordered a top and skirt set. The top was available but not the skirt. Instead of contacting me first to see if I still wanted the order, they shipped the top. I sent it back but I'm being charged $10 for the return, because they didn't have part of my order. They have gone down hill. The clothes are cheap and ugly. I have shopped this store for over 20 years, but no more. They've gotten worse over the last year. Instead of packing a return label with your order, you have to print it yourself. Had to mail it back because there aren't any stores in my area. I'm done and will find another store
I used to love going to Ashley Stewart store. They were in style pretty clothes , now I walk in and it literally looks like clothes for women in the 60s or 70s. I am not that old. They have no curves straight line boxy look not flattering at all. We are plus size women, but we still look at pretty curvey clothes
I ordered online today and I changed my address to my new address well the system still have my order going to old address I called customer care to alert them the first attempt stayed on hold for about 20 minutes then the phone hung up well attempt to call again was on hold for 20 minutes again for them to tell me it wasn't nothing could do to help me in changing address what kind of mess is that I asked the agent so I am spending 107 dollars for it to go to the wrong address so my money is going down the toilet I have spent thousands and thousands dollars with company my feelings are so hurt to get treated like this I am a faithful customer I asked young lady for corporate number she told me they didn't have a corporate number what business like this nation wide business dont have a corporate number I am so disappointed with my experience with them today
I ordered on 6/29 and have yet to receive any update regarding my order. I finally reach out to customer service which provided nothing but excuses. I attended to cancel my order since they haven't fulfilled it yet and told me I couldn’t. The rep assured me it will ship out last Friday. Here it is the 17th still no tracking still in unfulfilled status. Same excuse they are moving the merchandise to a new warehouse. I don’t believe it because they could have still fulfilled orders as they make the transition. Now I see why sales have dropped and they had to file bankruptcy. It’s bad enough their clothes are not the same
