Review Time
Borderline thieves. Completed an offer fully worth around 290 dollars for a game match master they then proceeded to ban my account so essentially I made them 300 dollars they ban me nothing I can do I definitely didn't go against any tos they are crooks
I spent $100 of my own money on a game offer to make $300. First the falsely advertised paypal so they wouldn't let me withdraw. Then I connected a bank account and they disabled my account! I played the game for over 2 weeks as I was with my mother who is recieving chemotherapy for her TERMINAL CANCER.. you can't get much lower then that
i used the app problem free for months. cashed out multiple times totalling over $500. after there were several changes to the app, i left an honest 3 star review. then a couple weeks later i edited the review to include new feedback. continued using and earning on the app without issue, no fraud warnings. but when i tried to cash out again, apparently my account has been flagged for fraud. nothing has changed like phone number or banking info and i did not make any fraudulent actions. i contacted customer support and got a reply that they would review my account and it could take a week. during this week, i was signed out of the app and now its saying my password is incorrect and when i click forgot password, the verification code is never sent to my phone to change it so i cannot access the account at all. also still nothing from support validating their fraud claims.
I've had a few issues with this app. One was resolved, and the other was not. After writing several tickets, showing proof that I reached the milestone within it's time limit, they refused to pay me my $30 reward. While I waited patiently over a week for this to be resolved, I tried playing other games as well. And when the other game had to be done within so many days, it kept sending me to a screen that said temporarily unavailable which made it impossible for me to complete the other milestones. I would not reccomend this app. You cant trust them to pay you even after you sent screenshots proving everything. Funny how they keep responding saying contact support, although I have over 20 times, and they said I didn't reach milestones In time, which they flat out lied because i I screenshot ALL of it and sent them the proof. They continued to lie and do me wrong after i sent them All the proof! All the screenshots. But then they say they are not paying me and issue resolved when they still owe me money. So no, I will no longer be wasting my time contacting support, or writing tickets. I'll take it as a loss, and lesson learned. They're a fraud! And all of my family and friends have witnessed it, watching me spend endless hours playing their games, just to reach the milestones for the rewards. So they no longer play games on their app, and we spread the word what a scam they are.
I spent money and alot of time on the app playing one game just one. I was able to withdraw two times with them but when I finished the last task on the game which the pay out was $200 they put my account under a 7day review and in three days I checked my account and this time it stated that my account was on hold for suspicious activity and check back in 24 hours. I waited and nothing changed, it still was saying the same thing so I made a ticket and they said they disabled my account. No explanation nothing. They took someone's hard earned time and money and didn't even bat an eyelash. Fair play? How is that fair if my account was able to withdraw twice already and was verified, and I was trying to withdraw my winnings that came from the same game I was able to withdraw from prior. Make that make sense. I was enjoying the app just for them to pull the rug right out from under me. Beyond disappointed!
