Thieves and scammers! I earned $50 doing surveys and playing Dice dreams fair and square. I even used some of my own money to speed up progress. when I went to cash out my withdrawal was "put on hold" when I reached out to customer service they said I would need to wait 7 days for a review by an "account specialist" today I went to sign onto the Benjamin app and I couldn't get into my account. they banned me and stole the money I earned. flagging this app as inappropriate and going to the BBB.
Hands down best pay to play app put there and I've played them ALL! II made more money in 5 weeks on Benjaminone then i have all the others combined ive been playing for YEARS! I had a hold up on the biggest payout I had earned yet from them. I got a message saying my withdraw was under review might not be fixed for a week! I messaged customer service, really not expecting much, but I got an immediate answer. Unfortunately they told me the same thing, it could take up to 7 days to overlook. But after enquiring farther about it they looked into the questions I had and ended up everything resolved amd fixed for me within a few hrs! 💯 Absolutely incredible! Especially for a pay to play type app! Above and beyond what I had expected for sure! Plus they pay the best :)
I was paid for a full year of service with this app and was using it without issue. After changing my phone number to a new, active one, I re-accepted the terms and conditions as required.Out of nowhere, I was signed out of my account. When I contacted support, I was told my phone number no longer met the terms and conditions, and my account was disabled for “safety reasons.” They closed the message with a generic “good luck in your future adventures” – completely unhelpful and dismissive.I believe the real reason for this action is that I had accumulated a significant amount of money quickly, and they used a vague excuse to permanently end my account. No clear explanation, no attempt to verify anything, and no refund.This feels like a scam. Be extremely cautious before trusting this app with your money and time. They will tell everyone on here to contact their customer support.The CS will NOT escalate the issue they quote "Final decision ". (I have emails to back this). Why? You are do-nuthins. In an updated response to your answer: I did email socialhelp blah blah and nothing was Resolved nor would your team disclose the supposed "violation". I am still being told my account was in violation after a year. I am not allowed to create a new account. Nor can I collect the money earned. The decision is final. Therefore your response of making things right is invalid.To Put it simply, you are a scam. Everyone may like your app at first, but then you ruin your own app and everyone's fun. I will not longer refer your app.
