Absolutely awful app!!! Do NOT recommend. I messaged them in NOVEMBER of last year and got an AI or autogenerated response now stating “unusual activity”. I keep getting the same run around answer now. They will take anywhere from days to weeks to months to answer. Meanwhile my bank is linked to them. Look at the bad reviews and believe them. All they want is the money YOU have earned to keep for yourself!!!
They owe me nearly $300, and I've yet to see a penny! To start, I noticed that my wall went blank. I emailed them and they told me that I had to prove I was playing fairly because I went through it very fast. I had an injured foot and had to rest before surgery and after, so yes, I had a lot of time to play. Then when I sent them receipts and proof of honest game play, they claimed to reinstate my account and rewards, and to let them know if I wasn't properly rewarded. Then they replied back and said that I hadn't earned the turbo earnings in time, even though their previous email stated I had earned them too fast. I am showing they still only are acknowledging me for $100, not the almost $300 they owe me. And even then, I've been trying to withdrawal the $100 for weeks now and still radio silence. My honest assessment is that this is a scam. I'm out the money I put into it to make sure I earned all of the earnings and more importantly my time. Yes, I was on bed rest, but I could have spent that time doing something else! They claimed I was trying to scam them, but they are the ones that couldn't keep their word! If you use this app, please do so with caution!
I love the choice of games. I love that you have so many options to choose from when cashing out. Even when I had a problem with the games not giving me the rewards I had earned, customer service was great and they got me the rewards I had earned.
I play to keep my mind off my debilitating, Chronic Pain Disease -- which doesn't rot one's mind & other "essential organs" unlike some OTC & prescription pain meds, and a lot of the junk on T.V. and the internet. Benjamin app did pay -- I, too, was surprised when the Walmart gift card actually worked! Helps pay for supplies that health insurance doesn't cover. And whenever I had a reward issue, chat was very helpful; representatives always helpful, very friendly, & human! I always had my rewards issues resolved promptly -- just follow their instructions, properly, for making a "ticket", & Voila! Problem solved! Thank you!
Absolute trash. Refuse to pay me $158 that I earned playing Match Masters. This was after they recently cut the rewards in half for the game while I was nearing the end and largest rewards. Now they flat out refuse to pay me. They have never responded to a single question I have presented. Always a direct precomposed message from a live agent who never responded to a single message I ever sent. These people are trash. Thieves. The worst humanity has to offer. There are endless complaints exactly the same issue and exactly the same response from their so called. Customer service team. Per my app tracking app I spent 5 full 24 hour days plus part of another earning the requirements to get those rewards and not to mention the in app purchases I spent at least $50 all in the month of December. That's a total of around 124 hours I spent to earn $158 that was originally over $300 when I accepted the offer. Then they told me they would not be paying my rewards and while they realized this was not the outcome I was probably hoping for that it was their final decision for the security of their users. Beyond that, no explanation. I have read at least a dozen other complaints of the exact same nature. They paid the first several rewards and withdraw was a little slow but they paid. Then when the amount was larger like $100 or more they freeze your account and investigate the "withdrawal for your security" for 7 days. Finally you get an email stating they are declining to pay your rewards. These are the facts 100% truth. No possible way these people have all these complaints yet maintian 4.1 stars on trustpilot without the vast majority being fraudulent. I am posting a 1star review on the everyday indefinitely until I'm paid what they owe. There is undoubtedly a potential class action here. I believe there is even a legitimate criminal complaint to be filed here as well with IC3.
There have been several games that I have completed all challenges and never rewarded. The customer service is lack luster. There are several games i try to play but get an error page. If it's not working, take it off the site. The navigation is horrendous! There is a lot of site clean up needed.
Great selection of games, really does pay, if you have a problem with anything great service response cleared up very quickly. Love Benjamin tell all my friends about it. Been playing the games for about 3 months now have earned about 200 mostly this month got the hang of which games are best to play.
