Read the advert thought British company…

Read the advert thought British company looks good. Then chased order and realised coming from China. Boots didn't look like the advert. I tried them on the sole fell off after 5 metres. Contacted the company re this and told you have worn them and out of warranty period. 30 days this must be from date of order. Explained the issue again and they promised to look into it and still waiting a month later. Quality poor and advert mis leading

Shysters!

They give a false presentation of being an English company about to close down, hence lower prices. They are Chinese. The prices aren't low. The quality is, ill-fitting and uncomfortable. They are not orthopaedic as stated. I couldn't even get them on without a mighty struggle. Impossible to return other than at high cost. I have been conned.

I received some very nice shoes but they were a size too small for me.I could have returned them but you said I could keep them and get a refund which I did.I thought I would get a bigger refund and now have to sell them to get more money back.Sorry about that

This is a scam chinese drop shipping …

This is a scam chinese drop shipping business. They will not issue refunds when the goods arrive they are not leather shoes the stench of man made plastic shoes is unbelievable when you open the package. They will offer you up to 30% refund and you keep the products. If you want a full refund you will have to fund the return to China. Or you report to the ASA, Trading Stds, and begin a claimback via your bank or credit card provider. You will get your money back if you do this.

Be aware! Avoid!!

Be aware! This company is not a UK based company, they make it appear to be a UK company. I think they are in china. Shoes arrived, one bigger than the other. Tried to get a refund and told I will need to pay taxes etc Avoid avoid avoid.
