Firstly, I am being charged significantly higher amounts, and when I requested a reasonable instalment plan to manage the payments, I was met with threats of electricity disconnection rather than support. This approach is unacceptable, especially when I am actively trying to resolve the situation responsibly.
Secondly, I am very concerned about the conduct of your staff. In particular, members of your disconnecting team, including Criss and Isabel, were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Their manner lacked basic courtesy and empathy, and I was made to feel that my concerns as a customer were not important. This level of customer service is not what I would expect from an energy supplier.
Finally, I am being prevented from changing my contract and switching to another supplier, despite my repeated requests. This restriction has not been clearly justified and is adding further distress to an already difficult situation.
