Scammers!!!!is just AI process!!! The “quality “ is garbage/ trash! Fake addresses in USA. Fake phone number. I called probably 20 yes 20 time and nobody answered or returned my calls. After this probably 15-17 emails and the deal with “if you not satisfied we send you an other on “ is BS. The send you the same size and same “quality “ . I’m a size 42-44R in USA sizes. They sent me size 6 in the Chinese sizes . Very short sleeves and no way the tried on .
FRAUDSTER COMPANY - DO NOT USE at all costs.I didn't want to give them a star but want to warn people. The goods are such bad quality and you DO NOT have to pay to return them under UK consumer rights ACT. I asked to return for full refund because the quality is SO BAD and they have now blocked my email address so I cant return the item. I have reported them to Trading Standards and to my bank to try and recover the money. The positive reviews on here are fake, please don't get scammed like I have. Their policies are not legitimate and they are not legitimate!!!!! PLEASE LISTEN, you will lose your money and this business MUST be closed.
I’m having real difficulty with them. I ordered something in error. I received an email from them saying no problem and to let them know what it was I did want to order. When I said there was nothing I wanted they said it was too late to cancel the order. When I sent a follow up email I received and email address not known. I am just trying to see if I can get my bank to cancel the payment as it is still pending.
I would give a negative rather than 1 star. Just awful. 1. The quality of all of the goods was poor, seams coming apart. Colour totally different from the website.2. Descriptions of items on the site were terrible, not even comment on the material at times.3. Shoes were so narrow that they would only fit a child.4. Sent off for a refund. No facility to do this on the website. Nothing has happened, no refund and no acknowledgement.This is a TOTAL RIPOFF
