This service is a scam! The quality and texture of the wig I received look nothing like the one advertised. I requested a refund, and they offered me $30 to keep the wig, which I do not want. This will be my first and last order from this service. The hair I selected and what I received are completely different. Although I received the hair quickly, it was not satisfactory. The hair appeared damaged, as if it were picked up from the street. I contacted customer support, only to be told that I didn't request a return label, so I had to pay for shipping. I sent the hair back with tracking info, but I still have not received my refund, even though the package was returned! Lesson learned.

After placing a confirmed order for an item shown on social media and the company's website, I received a message the next day stating that the option I ordered was out of stock. When they offered a less appealing alternative, I immediately requested a refund, but received no response. I sent three refund requests, and no one from the service responded. I had to open a case with my payment provider to get my refund.
CAUTION: I received my order yesterday, and the quality, smell, and texture of the hair are HORRIBLE. The wig looks nothing like the picture, and it is not fixable. If you order a wig, please ensure you get a return label. The service is trying to offer $30 as a refund out of a total of $101, even after I sent pictures of the poor-quality wig. I ordered three wigs, and none were as described. One was the wrong color. I emailed them to request a return, but they didn’t provide a return address, claiming it was all the way in another country. They only offered to refund $30 out of my $128 purchase. They blocked my email and stopped responding after I refused the $30.
