I needed special clip-ons for a new motherboard to attach my 6-year-old CPU cooler, and they sent one immediately without any hassle. In a time when many just discard items, this team is actively reducing e-waste and offering long-term technical support. This is what great customer service looks like!
They acquired a small keyboard company. The keyboard from that company was excellent, but since the acquisition, the software for the original model has been abandoned and is not open source. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
