The stated delivery times are completely inaccurate. I chose this company because they promised delivery in 5 days, but I waited 2 weeks and ended up spending more due to their minimum order requirement. I will never order from them again. Customer support provided vague answers when I inquired about the delayed delivery.
This is truly the worst service I've encountered from an online store. I strongly advise against shopping here. I placed an order exceeding 300 euros and never received it. Each time I called, I was met with poor service, and my order is still missing! Save your time and money by shopping elsewhere!
I haven’t received any updates. There’s no customer service email available. Where is my order???!!! The tracking information on my account appears to be false. I've contacted the courier, and they can't locate my package using my postcode or tracking number. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks and need the item by next week for a festival. What is happening? Can someone from the team please reach out to me ASAP?
