Complete disappointment with this service.

This service is a scam. I placed an order 21 days before Christmas and never received a confirmation email or tracking number, leaving me uncertain about my order status. Upon checking my bank transactions, I saw that I had been charged. I reached out to them and received an apology, with a promise that my order would arrive within two weeks. This meant I would be waiting 30 days for delivery, which was already frustrating. The next day, I received an email requesting evidence of my claim. I sent a screenshot as proof, and they acknowledged my email but never followed up. They take your money without addressing their issues and show no accountability or organization. This has been the worst experience!

Steer clear of this seller

I strongly recommend avoiding this seller. My item has yet to be shipped, and despite multiple attempts to reach their support team, I've received no response. They initially mentioned an error and promised to resolve it, but I've heard nothing since regarding my refund request. According to tracking, my item hasn't even been picked up by the carrier. I urge the seller not to respond with the standard suggestion to contact customer service, as I have already done that several times.

Missing items for my niece

The items I ordered for my niece went missing. The carrier said it was delivered, but there's no evidence of arrival. Two weeks without updates
