I ordered two dresses. One arrived in the wrong size, and the other had loose embroidery and incorrect colors. Initially, the support team offered limited options, like a meager 5% refund or an exchange. A 5% refund? That's unacceptable, and they must know it. I expressed my willingness to exchange the incorrectly sized dress, but they never followed up. On a positive note, at least the dresses are genuine and not AI-generated. I was relieved to receive an actual product.
I ordered three items from the company, feeling excited about my purchase. However, upon arrival, it became clear that I had made a poor choice. I found it amusing that many negative reviews suggest contacting them via email, yet no one responds. I'm really hoping for a refund. I attempted to report them to the Better Business Bureau, but they appear to have no listing. The return address points to New York, but there's no record of the company there.
The shirts I received are far from the quality shown on the website. They are made of cheap, thin poly-blend fabric with terrible seam quality, completely uneven. The images on the shirts appear to be low-resolution AI prints, lacking any embroidery. Additionally, the buttons are misaligned with the buttonholes on the collar. I spent over $120 CAD on these two shirts, and they are simply unacceptable.
My experience with this service has been extremely disappointing. I requested to cancel my order a full week before it shipped, but they ignored my request until the item was on its way. It felt like they intentionally delayed the process to ship the item and avoid issuing a refund. When the package finally arrived, the “dress” was nothing like what was advertised. It was meant to be embroidered, but instead, it was simply painted on, had a terrible smell, and was made of cheap, flimsy material that looked completely unattractive. The product bore no resemblance to the photos shown. Their customer support was equally frustrating—unhelpful, dismissive, and seemingly doing everything they could to avoid taking any responsibility. Now I find myself facing a long and frustrating process just to reclaim my money. This company is utterly ridiculous, and I would not suggest them to anyone. I even felt the need to rewrite this review because they seem unwilling to address the issue. They tried to claim that my payment was the problem, but that had nothing to do with my order; it should have been canceled as I requested when the payment was processed.
This site offers unauthorized designs. They didn't even remove the original artist's mark from this item: Christmas-krampus-and-satan-claus-100-cotton-shirt. A small independent business owned by real artists did not authorize the reproduction of their work.
