Review Time
I have been shopping on this website for several years. And there have never been any problems. But not this time. An order paid for on August 8 was only received on August 28. I was sent a worn sweater without a tag, with pilling, smelling of someone else's perfume and stained. This is the first time I've encountered this. I doubt I will continue to be their customer. Terrible service. They themselves don't know what they have in stock and what they don't.
I recently discovered their app and placed a few orders. Their selection of clothing and accessories is huge, with great offers and discounts. I returned two items as they didn’t fit me and the they sent back the money within 4 days after receiving the return parcel. One of my favorite online shops
Mixed experienceI ordered four times on the website and would like to highlight that the shipping was quick on 3 of these orders I placed. Also the returning process is easy and the products are of good quality at a decent price. However, there is no customer service number you can call and on two orders they sent me a product in the wrong size which was annoying.
I've been a customer of this company in the last 3 years without any issue whatsoever. Today, after 3 days without any news regarding my last order, they sent me an email that my order was shipped without an item due to lack of stock. Immediate credit value on my credit card and a 10 euros voucher for the inconvenience. Customer service on it's best 👌 👌
Over a week ago I placed an order for Christmas gifts. All items were in stock but this Monday the order was still processing. After contacting Bestsecret by telephone I was told that one item is not in their stock (how is that possible?) and that's why the order can't be shipped. I was not informed about this and asked if the other 5 items in their stock can be shipped - we ordered before and they split parcels - but was told no. All items of my order are still available on their website so what is going on? Are they selling items that they do not have in stock? I contacted them several times via the contact form and telephone but my order is still not shipped and I just received a message (after three days of waiting) "We will be happy to review your request with the relevant department and get back to you in a timely manner." This order will not reach me in time before Christmas so I'll have to find a new solution. I find this unacceptable and am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication and service.
First order on this site and 4 days later send me an email that the item is not available anymore => very frustrating. Two stars instead of one as they gave a CHF 10.00 voucher. However, I will probably not order anymore on this site and waste my time.
