No negative points, world leading online store; I buy for a couple of years from this store. I cannot find any obvious weaknesses. The prices are the lowest but only for the most expensive items. They also offer heavy discounts on low end items. So whatever you need, budget or luxury you are motivated to purchase it from their store (from a high end suit to a frying pan that you happen to need. Fast delivery, free delivery for frequent buyers etc. As a stretch I could say they should add more photos (10) for each item and a longer description.

As a busy mum, I am happy to find things I need for the child in one go and at good prices - bestsecret has helped me with this! Returns are also very easy (I highly appreciate they send the postal code as well printed!) and I've only once had the wrong size sent in several years of online buying from them.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase and delivery experience. 😣😣😢I paid CHF 1,900 for a Nino Teen Celine purse, which was meant to be my very first Celine bag. For such a high-value luxury item, I expected a secure and professional delivery. However, the package was simply delivered through normal post and left on the floor at my door this morning. There was no signature required and no secure handover. Considering the value of the item, this is completely unacceptable, as the package could easily have been lost or stolen.I strongly believe BestSecret should have a policy that any purchase above CHF 1,000 must be delivered with a signature-required delivery option to ensure the safety of the package.I am also very disappointed with the packaging. The item arrived in a basic box, and when I opened it, the purse was only wrapped in plastic and placed in a dust bag. I expected the bag to come with an original Celine box, especially considering the price and the fact that it is a luxury brand. Many online luxury purchases include the original branded packaging, so receiving it without the Celine box was very disappointing.Spending CHF 1,900 should be a joyful experience, but unfortunately this delivery and packaging completely ruined that feeling. While the purse itself appears fine, the top handle is already deformed, most likely due to the poor packaging and lack of proper protection during shipping.This is not the level of service or care I expected when purchasing a luxury item. I would appreciate an explanation and a proper solution regarding this issue.
