The shirt was easy to design and turned out even better than I'd hoped. However, when ordering, I wasn't sure about the size, especially because it was described as "slim fit." When I received the shirt it was too big. I called them immediately and much to my delight, they sent me a second one in a smaller size - for free. They said first time customers will get one free substitute, after that they charge 50% for a redo. I think that's more than fair! Will definitely use again!
I ordered a t-shirt for my significant other for Christmas, and I was a bit unsure since he prefers extremely soft fabrics. The t-shirt I received wasn't as soft as expected, so I reached out for a refund or exchange. The representative was fantastic! They offered to reprint it on a softer t-shirt. I’m definitely going to be a loyal customer!
