Scam, scam, and scam. Don't ever buy anything from these people. They lie and try everything to cheat you and get money from you.
It is the most dishonest ticket agency I have dealt with. I travela lott and this was the first time, and absolutely the last time, I tried to buy two ticket from them and it has been nothing bu a headache. Several hours after buying the tickets and receiving the reservation # from them, they sent me an email saying that my reservation was on hold. " Do to some issues. " To make it short after contacting them, they demanded several times (almost five times the original) the amount for the second ticket that I had the reservation # for. After a long and troubling conversation on the phone with their representative and beeing threatened that the money will be taken from my credit card, I had to cancel the reservation and bought my tickets from an other agency, on line and in no time with no trouble. DO NOT EVER, EVER DEAL WITH THEM.
This website is a scam. Once you purchase non-refundable tickets, they inform you that they cannot guarentee your dates and that you are not allowed to bring ANY luggage (not even a carry on). Of course that does not work for most people, so then they upsell the ticket prices. I reported it has fraud, got my money back, and re-booked the flights directly through the airline. I saved over $2000.
I initially purchased at one price, but they attempted a bait and switch that didn't succeed, trying to increase it by $500. They claimed that I agreed to a higher amount, but since they couldn't provide what I originally paid for, they effectively canceled the purchase. Additionally, a representative misinformed me about needing to pay a luggage fee through them, which isn't accurate for any airline. I hope others read this to avoid being overcharged. If they can't fulfill the confirmation, they are the ones canceling the deal. I would have rated them higher, but had to give a one-star to leave this review. I've also contacted my credit card company and flagged the issue, and everything is okay for now.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TICKETS FROM THEM. I just bought a ticket, and half an hour later they called to say the tickets were no longer available at that price and wanted me to pay nearly $2000 for tickets I bought for $600. I requested a cancellation, but they claimed it’s non-refundable. I'm still trying to change my flight for the amount they charged me.
They could start by being honest and not taking advantage of customers. Their method is to book you on standby and charge what they quote initially. When you call back to confirm, they inform you of the actual price for the ticket on that day, which is what they pay when purchasing the ticket. Initially, they quote and charge you, but during the confirmation call, they add extra fees citing increased prices due to the wait. Avoid this service; it's a scam. They charged us nearly $600 for a ticket that typically costs $99. We began with a $269 charge. Then, when you call back to confirm, they actually buy the ticket and charge you what they will pay that day, pocketing the initial charge. They claim to include luggage but do not. So, you end up paying more, resulting in $479 for a quote that started at $269. When checking in, you find they never added the seat or luggage, costing you an additional $100. This is how I ended up just under $600 for a normally $100 ticket from one city to another. Don't use this service unless you want to be scammed.
The company promotes unrealistically low fares online. After you provide payment information, they call back to inform you of a significant price increase, often by hundreds of dollars, claiming the original flight is no longer available. When you try to cancel within a few hours, they refuse and threaten that you'll lose the money charged to your credit card.
